Refund and return policy
ANGEL SCRUBS always strives to provide you with the best possible scrubs and other equipment. That being said, there is always a possibility that something may have gone wrong in manufacturing and we will look to rectify that situation as soon as possible.
We will gladly offer a return/refund if the following conditions are met:
• The item does not contain any embroidery
• The item has not been washed or worn
• The item has not been altered in any way, such as length or style customizations,
• The item was not a custom order
• Custom scrub tops or pants with dimensions not currently included in our size guide. For example, if you have specified full length dimensions not currently included in our size guide, this is treated as a custom request and unfortunately cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged at this time.
• Custom scrub tops or pants made from materials not currently included in our shop, as per your request, will also not be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
*NOTE*
All light colors that has been chosen by the customer on our online store is a bit see through and we exchange it for a darker color if necessary and will not be refunded
